Job Description

  • Conduct in-person and virtual training on sales techniques, product knowledge, negotiation, and financial planning
  • Use diverse training methods like role-playing, case studies, and interactive exercises to enhance learning
  • Collaborate with sales managers to assess performance gaps and prioritize training initiatives
  • Design and create training materials, manuals, presentations, and online modules
  • Stay updated on industry trends to improve training programs
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments
  • Provide coaching to sales professionals for skill improvement and continuous growth
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and progress
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Management or Marketing, or any business related courses
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Honest, trustworthy/committed, focused, result-oriented, with administration skills
  • Must be able to perform varied clerical work, understand and carry out oral and written instructions, communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Experience in Marketing and Training in Life Insurance Industry is a plus
