Conduct in-person and virtual training on sales techniques, product knowledge, negotiation, and financial planning
Use diverse training methods like role-playing, case studies, and interactive exercises to enhance learning
Collaborate with sales managers to assess performance gaps and prioritize training initiatives
Design and create training materials, manuals, presentations, and online modules
Stay updated on industry trends to improve training programs
Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments
Provide coaching to sales professionals for skill improvement and continuous growth
Maintain accurate records of training activities and progress
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Management or Marketing, or any business related courses
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Honest, trustworthy/committed, focused, result-oriented, with administration skills
Must be able to perform varied clerical work, understand and carry out oral and written instructions, communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Experience in Marketing and Training in Life Insurance Industry is a plus
