Lead and manage all trade teams (e.g., electrical, plumbing, finishing, and other site trades).
Oversee manpower planning, allocation, and mobilization across projects.
Develop and implement productivity standards and operational KPIs.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met.
Monitor labor cost efficiency and optimize workforce utilization.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, and HR teams.
Address site operational challenges and implement process improvements.
Provide regular operational reports and manpower forecasts to senior management.
Build, mentor, and strengthen leadership within trade and site teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
At least 8–10 years of experience in construction operations, with strong leadership exposure.
Proven experience managing multiple project sites and large manpower teams.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, productivity metrics, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
