Reports To: AC Dealer Part Leader

About the Role:

Participate in analyzing data and report of sell-out performance, implementing effective programs to improve sell-out, management of PSI store level, stock inventory and competitive analysis vs. competitor through research, strategic adjustment, and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze sellout data to assess dealer performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of programs, including market pricing and promotions, and develop evaluation measures through comprehensive reporting.
  • Manage storelevel PurchaseSalesInventory (PSI) to maintain optimal stock levels and recommend essential SKUs and displays to improve instore availability and visibility.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze AC dealer performance and support store improvement initiatives such as signage, display racks, and vehicle branding.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate category plans to meet profit and Return on Investment (ROI) targets.
  • Manage and evaluate instore activities of AC dealers to maximize return and strengthen brand presence.
  • Monitor the deployment and maintenance of POP materials and mockups across dealer locations.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with AC Sales, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, and Trade Coordinators for smooth execution of plans and adherence to budget.
  • Set and communicate targets and store assignments to AC Dealer Trade Coordinators.
  • Coordinate and consolidate reports (sellout, inventory, and POs) submitted by Trade Coordinators.
  • Manage incentive plan execution for Trade Coordinators and AC dealers to drive overall sellout for RA, SAC, and CAC products.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in Business Analysis or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sell Out Management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in managing teams.
  • Proficient in data interpretation and generating valueadding insights.
  • Solid background in analytics tools and programs, including Excel and Excel Macros.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and results orientation.
  • Assertive and able to adapt quickly to a fastchanging environment.
