Job Description

  • Develop & manage point of sale (POS)materials, planograms, shelf management strategies and in store merchandising concepts.
  • Work closely with visual merchandising & third party agencies to ensure excellent execution & brand consistency.
  • Partner with key accounts and distributors to design joint business plans (JBPs). In-store activities and customer specific programs.
  • Align trade marketing initiatives with sales targets and account specific strategies.
  • Own the trade marketing budget, ensuring optimal spend efficiency and allocation by channel.
  • Measure return on investment (ROI) for trade activities and recommend data driven.
  • Collaborate with product, logistics, supply chain and finance teams to ensure stock availability and timely roll out of campaigns.
  • Serve as the key liaison between brand marketing, sales and category management teams.
  • Career growth and knowledge will be widened.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of trade or shopper marketing experience in the FMCG food sector.
  • Proven track record of managing successful trade campaigns and launching new products in retail

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong understanding of the FMCG food retail landscape, including traditional trade, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores.
  • Excellent analytical skills; proficiency in Nielsen, IRI, retail audit data, and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships with sales teams, retailers, and distributors.
  • Creativity and innovation in POS and in-store marketing solutions.
  • Commercially savvy, results-driven, and highly organized
