We are seeking a Test Manager with strong banking domain experience and proven ability in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will oversee all testing activities, ensure high-quality delivery, and effectively communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage test strategies, plans, and schedules for banking applications.
- Lead manual and automation testing across functional, regression, integration, and UAT phases.
- Guide test teams, oversee defect management, and ensure clear documentation and traceability.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to align testing with requirements.
- Ensure testing practices meet regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
Required Skills & Experience- 7+ years of QA experience, including leadership in test management.
- Strong knowledge of banking systems and processes.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA).
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and defect management.
