Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test equipment, and validation processes, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and failure analysis.
Familiarity with Management Systems and Code of Conduct (e.g., ISO), including documentation and audit practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify trends and drive improvements.
Good leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily testing operations, including task assignment, resource planning, and monitoring team performance.
Ensure compliance with testing standards and management systems, adhering to internal procedures, external regulations, and code of conduct.
Review and approve test results, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
Manage testing equipment activities, including calibration, maintenance, and verification to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Lead test method validation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Plan and control testing schedules and workload allocation to meet production and project deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, engineering) to resolve issues and improve product performance.
Analyze testing data and report insights, identifying trends, driving improvements, and supporting management reviews with data-driven updates.
