Job Description

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Test professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will collaborate closely with development and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scripts
  • Identify, record, and track bugs and issues
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Participate in requirement analysis and provide input on testability
  • Maintain test documentation and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
