We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Lead to drive our automation strategy and lead a team of engineers. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications through advanced automation frameworks, AIdriven solutions, and close collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement test automation strategy, tools, and frameworks
- Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers
- Build and maintain frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to align testing needs
- Review and improve automation scripts for scalability and maintainability
- Stay updated on emerging tools and recommend improvements
- Provide detailed reporting on test results, coverage, and product health
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in technical leadership, guiding teams in automation best practices
- 3+ years leading teams of 5+ automation engineers
- 7+ years in UI and API test automation (Playwright, Selenium, Rest Assured, SoapUI Pro)
- Strong experience in advanced automation development, including AIdriven solutions
- Solid background in Agile/Scrum environments
- Handson expertise with frameworks, test data management, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills
Preferred
- Experience in the US Insurance industry
Work Setup / Arrangements
- Open to working night shifts
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days per week onsite
- Willing to work in Makati
