Work Location: Santolan, Pasig City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Salary Range: ₱15,000–₱20,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Telemarketer to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, introducing company services, generating qualified leads, and assisting prospective clients through the initial onboarding process.
This position is ideal for candidates with a background in telemarketing, sales, lending, financing, or fintech who are comfortable communicating with clients and working toward sales and lead-generation targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and business prospects.
Introduce company products and services in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
Gather and record basic client information and requirements.
Identify qualified prospects and endorse leads to the sales team.
Reach out to lenders, financing companies, and related businesses to introduce company solutions.
Understand clients existing collection, payment, and borrower-tracking processes.
Present digital solutions such as QR payment systems and borrower tracking tools.
Explain the benefits and features of the company's digital solutions.
Assist prospective clients with onboarding and initial setup.
Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and activity reports.
Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication.
Meet assigned call, lead-generation, and performance targets.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
Qualifications
At least Senior High School graduate.
Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Background in lending, financing, fintech, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of borrower and lender dynamics.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Willing to learn new products, services, and digital tools.
Positive attitude with strong persistence and resilience.
Comfortable working under pressure and handling customer objections.
Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by achieving targets.
Organized and capable of maintaining accurate records and reports.
