Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT products and services
  • Qualify leads for potential business
  • Maintain and update records with accurate customer information
  • Follow up with prospects via phone and email
  • Provide feedback on customer needs to the team
  • Help and support the team with all other ad hoc tasks assigned.
  • Graduate of Bachelors/College Degree from any reputable schools/universities preferably in Business in any related course or any IT course.
  • Previous telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales experience (preferably in IT or technology sector)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn about new IT products and solutions
  • Experience in IT distribution, software sales, or technology services is a plus
