Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to potential clients

· Introduce company services in a clear and friendly manner

· Gather basic client information

· Pass qualified leads to the sales team

· Reach out to lenders and financing businesses

· Understand their current collection and tracking process

· Introduce digital solutions (QR payments, borrower tracking)

· Assist in onboarding and initial setup

· Maintain call logs and reports

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate

· Experience in telemarketing or sales preferred

• Good communication skills
• Strong understanding of borrower/lender dynamics
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Positive attitude and persistence

· Strong negotiation and closing skills

· Comfortable working under pressure

· Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
