Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative (MSR) with experience in both technical support and sales. The role involves assisting customers with email troubleshooting, domain and DNS issues, and providing excellent service while identifying sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate or College level
- Minimum of 1 year BPO experience
- With 6 months sales experience
- With 6 months technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of:
Domains and DNS
Microsoft O365 troubleshooting
Email troubleshooting (preferred but not reuiqred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for the campaign and Microsoft O365 services
- Troubleshoot email-related issues, including setup, configuration, and delivery problems
- Assist customers with domain and DNS concerns
- Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining efficiency
- Identify and maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately
