About the Role
We are looking for versatile, tech-savvy Technical Support Engineer to join our growing technical team. Whether you are an aspiring specialist with 1 year of experience or a seasoned troubleshooter with 4+ years, we have a place for you. You will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring our infrastructure—ranging from networking and security to servers and virtualization—runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Support: Manage and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux/UNIX environments.
- Networking: Diagnose and resolve network stack issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT) using CLI tools like Ping, Nmap, and Traceroute.
- Server & Cloud Admin: Administer Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policies, and Office 365 environments.
- Systems Maintenance: Perform patch management, hardware diagnostics (BIOS/UEFI), and application troubleshooting.
- Security & Compliance: Monitor and manage EDR/MDR tools, firewalls (rule configuration), and SSL/TLS certificate lifecycles.
- Storage & Virtualization: Support VMware/Hyper-V environments and manage storage configurations (RAID, NAS, SAN, Backup & Recovery).
- Database & Integration: Read/write SQL queries and interact with RESTful APIs to support business applications and financial/POS systems.
What You'll Need (Technical Requirements)
- Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows (Server & Workstation) is a must; experience with Linux/Unix and macOS is highly preferred.
- Networking: A solid understanding of the OSI Model and experience troubleshooting ports, latency, and packet loss.
- Security: Familiarity with MFA/SSO, encryption protocols, and endpoint security (Defender, Antivirus).
- Hardware: Hands-on experience with server hardware, RAID, and virtual disk management.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication—you can translate tech-speak for non-technical users.
Experience Tiers
- Associate Level (1–2 Years): Focused on foundational troubleshooting, workstation support, and basic AD administration.
- Mid-Senior Level (3–4+ Years): Focused on advanced server management (Server Core), complex network routing/NAT, SQL database commands, and virtualization architecture.
