Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Application Developer specializing in Open Source, you will develop, support, and maintain applications using open source development platforms. You will utilize your expertise in open source technologies to analyze and resolve issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop and Maintain Applications: Develop, support, and maintain applications using open source development platforms such as C, C++, Perl, Python, Node JS, and Django, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
- Analyze and Resolve Issues: Utilize expertise in open source technologies to analyze and resolve issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to clients.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical guidance and support to clients on open source platform implementation, customization, and integration, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal usage.
- Implement Solutions: Implement solutions that meet client needs, leveraging expertise in open source technologies to deliver high-quality results.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Strong Backend Developer with the following skills:
- Hands on experience with PySpark, Server side JavaScript, preferably TypeScript with Node.js/NestJS frameworks (or equivalent).
- Database experience with AWS Aurora; nice to have: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
- Experience working with Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS Lambda.
