Role: Technical Support & Release Manager

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: Any CS Site - Ortigas / Makati / Cebu / Davao / Bacolod / Angeles / Mabalacat

Schedule: Morning Shift / Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new client installations, onboarding, and configuration troubleshooting.
  • Resolve technical issues across software, installations, and client environments.
  • Provide ticket coverage and assist support team during peak demand.
  • Coordinate software releases for Python, SQL Server, and Snowflake environments.
  • Perform regression testing to validate releases and prevent production issues.
  • Manage servers, Snowflake accounts, and access control configurations.
  • Synchronize data across SQL Server and Snowflake environments.
  • Create tutorials, documentation, and internal operational support guides.

Qualification And Requirements

  • Experience in technical support, release management, QA, or systems administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills resolving configuration and installation issues.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Knowledge of software testing and release validation processes.
  • Experience managing access controls, permissions, and security groups.
  • Strong written communication for documentation and client support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting Python or R development environments.
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Freshdesk.
  • Knowledge of certificates, permissions, and deployment administration.
  • Experience working with external data vendors or feed providers.
  • Exposure to financial data, analytics platforms, or investment technologies.
  • Experience creating tutorials, technical guides, or product documentation.
