We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. This full-time role will have you providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, helping them resolve any issues they may encounter. You will be a key part of our Information & Communication Technology team, working to ensure our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
What you'll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues via phone, email, and chat
Providing clear and concise explanations to help customers understand and resolve problems
Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our case management system
Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team or department
Suggesting improvements to our customer support processes and procedures
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to best assist our customers

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Basic troubleshooting and technical skills
Knowledge of common software, hardware, and networking concepts
