Job Description

Technical Support for IT Equip. and Field Service

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, and basic networking
  • Preferably with knowledge of printers, interactive displays, projectors, and other IT equipment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to perform onsite technical support, installation, and maintenance
  • Willing to travel for client visits when required
  • Willing to be assigned in Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City

Responsibilities

  • Provides onsite and remote technical support to clients
  • Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Installs, sets up, and configures IT equipment and systems
  • Performs maintenance, repairs, and preventive checks on devices
  • Handles products such as printers, interactive displays, and projectors
  • Conducts basic client training and product orientation
  • Documents all service activities and technical resolutions
  • Ensures timely and efficient resolution of technical conc
