Technical Support for IT Equip. and Field Service
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, and basic networking
- Preferably with knowledge of printers, interactive displays, projectors, and other IT equipment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to perform onsite technical support, installation, and maintenance
- Willing to travel for client visits when required
- Willing to be assigned in Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City
- Provides onsite and remote technical support to clients
- Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Installs, sets up, and configures IT equipment and systems
- Performs maintenance, repairs, and preventive checks on devices
- Handles products such as printers, interactive displays, and projectors
- Conducts basic client training and product orientation
- Documents all service activities and technical resolutions
- Ensures timely and efficient resolution of technical conc
