Role Purpose
The Technical Solutions Support Administrator is an administrative role within NCC Group's Sales Engineering & Field Strategy team, based in Manila. This role is responsible for managing the daily triage process for presales requests, ensuring timely allocation of opportunities to the appropriate Solution Architect team members. The position also supports process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency across presales operations and documentation management.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Scheduling, and Delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Summary
- Run daily triage calls to review presales requests, assess urgency, and allocate resources appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of presales requests and ensure documentation is classified and updated correctly.
- Communicate status updates and guidance to presales team members, ensuring adherence to defined processes.
- Respond to inquiries from Sales, Scheduling, and Delivery teams via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency within the presales function.
- Support administration of day-to-day presales operations, including CRM data management.
- Assist in mapping and categorizing presales documentation for easy retrieval and compliance.

Minimum Requirements
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
