Role Description

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule for an Executive Sales Manager, based in Metro Manila. The Executive Sales Manager will drive sales strategies, manage and guide the sales team toward achieving targets, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong skills in strategy development, market trend analysis, and revenue forecasting
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales performance software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve sales targets
  • Understanding of real estate and sustainability-focused industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage
