Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Management Accountant based in Manila. The Senior Management Accountant will oversee financial reporting, prepare and analyze financial statements, manage accruals, and contribute to developing financial strategies. Responsibilities include performing financial analysis, maintaining accurate accounting records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting decision-making processes through insightful data interpretation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and managing Accruals
• Demonstrated proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles and practices
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and supporting strategic decisions
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred
• Proficiency in financial software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in financial management within the debt collection or financial services industry is a plus
