Job Title: IT Recruiter (03 Years Experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our internal team. This role is ideal for someone with 03 years of experience in IT recruitment, RPO, or agency staffing who wants to grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment supporting US-based roles.
You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to source, screen, and submit qualified IT candidates across various technologies and seniority levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Assess technical skills, communication skills, and overall fit
- Prepare candidate summaries and submit profiles to clients
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Manage multiple open roles and meet submission targets
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Requirements
- 03 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency, RPO, or in-house)
- Exposure to US-based hiring is a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of IT roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Organized, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working US hours if required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling contract and full-time roles
- Experience working with US clients
- Familiarity with rate negotiation and salary discussions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
