ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a driven Recruiter to join Sysgen RPO team. In this role, you will support and manage international clients (primarily US and AU), and the shift schedule will depend on the client you're aligned with.
The ideal candidate thrives in structured processes, builds strong client and candidate relationships, and delivers high-quality hiring outcomes while adapting to varying client needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned client requisitions.
- Source and engage qualified candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications, availability, and fit.
- Maintain accurate real-time tracking of candidate progress and endorsements.
- Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with client stakeholders.
- Recruit passive candidates through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Provide market insights and recommend sourcing strategies to meet hiring demands.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding requisition status and pipeline updates.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles according to client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships for future hiring needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in an RPO or agency recruitment environment preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
