What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing → closing)
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand technical needs
- Build strong pipelines of active, qualified tech talent
- Move fast, think sharp, and deliver results consistently
Who We're Looking For
- REQUIRED: CURRENT experience in IT recruitment (Philippine market)
- Expert in sourcing niche and high-demand tech talent across key IT domains
- Ability to understand and translate technical requirements
- Proven track record in hitting recruitment targets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Priority Advantage
- Experience in IT consulting / IT services firms (highly preferred)

Work Setup
Hybrid (Ortigas, Pasig – once a week)
