Role Description

As a Technical (IT) Recruiter, you will source, engage, and secure top tech talent in the Philippine market, working in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig City (3 times a week) with morning and mid-shift hours to support global hiring needs.

Collaborating with hiring managers, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, utilizing your technical understanding and data-driven insights to ensure a smooth hiring process.

This role requires strong sourcing skills, adaptability, and the ability to meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in IT recruitment: Strong background in sourcing and placing technology candidates within the Philippine market.
• Technical understanding: Ability to grasp and discuss technical requirements with hiring managers and translate them into actionable candidate searches.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools: Skilled in using various recruitment platforms, ATS, and social media tools (LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.) to identify top tech talent.
• Strong network: Established connections within the local IT community, including developers, engineers, and other tech professionals.
• Excellent communication skills: Strong ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and high expectations.
• Cultural fit assessment: Ability to assess not just technical qualifications, but also the candidate's alignment with company culture and values.
