Recruitment Coordinator– IT/Technology (₱35K to ₱50K | Remote | FREE AI Certification)

Anywhere in the Philippines | Remote | Day Shift (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

You own defined candidate sourcing and coordination outputs that support the recruitment lifecycle for a specialized IT staffing client. You are responsible for ensuring technical talent pipelines are consistent, compliance-ready, and aligned with measurable delivery standards. Your work follows established recruitment workflows, database protocols, and escalation paths set by the client-aligned lead.

This is not a reactive support role. You operate within clear scopes, execute high-volume sourcing, and are trusted to maintain the technical integrity of the candidate experience. Best suited for recruitment professionals who thrive in structured environments, value accountability, and prefer clear operational expectations over ambiguity.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • Minimum 1.5–2 years recruitment experience within the IT/Technology sector
  • Proven experience sourcing across permanent and/or contract IT roles
  • Strong understanding of technology environments and core IT concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment databases/CRM systems
  • Ability to conduct structured interviews and manage high-volume environments

Strong Signals

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Boolean sourcing techniques.
  • Experience coordinating with external hiring managers or international recruitment consultants.
  • High-level understanding of core IT concepts (e.g., Software Development Life Cycle, Cloud, or Cybersecurity).

Responsibility Pillars

Technical Sourcing & Pipeline Management

You own the discovery phase of the recruitment cycle, ensuring the client receives a consistent stream of qualified IT talent.

  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Perform initial technical screenings to verify candidate skills against specific job orders.
  • Maintain a Ready-Now talent map for recurring technical roles to reduce turnaround times.

Candidate Coordination & Engagement

You are accountable for the momentum of the hiring process, ensuring no candidate stalls in the pipeline.

  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics between candidates and client consultants.
  • Conduct detailed competency-based interviews to assess cultural and technical alignment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.

Database Integrity & Compliance

You transform daily recruitment activities into clean, audit-ready records for the client.

  • Update recruitment databases (CRM/ATS) in real-time to ensure data accuracy.
  • Execute documentation checks to ensure all candidate files meet client compliance standards.
  • Generate daily/weekly sourcing reports to track output against client-defined KPIs.
