Enspace Cebu is looking for a Community Executive (Sales & Operations) to join our team.

What You'll Do
- Promote Enspace's services and spaces through effective sales and marketing strategies
- Build and manage relationships with clients, partners, and community members
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention
- Plan and organize events, workshops, and networking activities
- Support front desk operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming client experience
- Assist with client tours, inquiries, and bookings
- Track leads, conversions, and engagement to support growth targets
- Present services confidently to secure new clients and partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless execution
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation of sales and community activities
What We're Looking For
- At least 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or community-related roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and goal-driven
- Comfortable using CRM tools and basic sales tracking systems
- Confident in presenting and engaging with clients
- Creative mindset with a passion for building community
- Professional, reliable, and with a good attendance record
- Tech-savvy with basic administrative and reporting skills
