LEAP Global Teams is seeking an on-site Appointment Setter who can generate qualified leads and book appointments for a quick call with the Business Development Executive.
In this role, you'll connect with potential clients through calls and help drive new opportunities for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments with the Business Development Executive and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Handle objections and professionally build rapport with decision makers.
- Research and identify potential prospects using provided tools.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets.
- Update lead statuses, call notes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM in a timely manner.
- Follow approved call scripts while adapting conversations to the prospect's responses.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive representation of the during all interactions.
Requirements
- Cold-calling experience is a plus, but not required.
- Confident communicator who can build rapport with diverse clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to meet or exceed targets.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining motivation.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM tools; experience with platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
