Cash Management Specialist – Finance & Treasury (₱35K | Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite (2 Months Training), then Hybrid | 12:00 AM–9:00 AM | Monday–Friday

You own the daily movement and reconciliation of payroll tax funds, ensuring all client liabilities are funded and paid through precise wire, ACH, and check transmissions. Your work follows rigorous banking timelines and accuracy standards required to maintain financial compliance for a high-volume payroll environment.

This is a high-accountability delivery role. You operate within defined banking queues, manage large-scale data reconciliations, and are trusted to ensure zero-error processing of critical financial files. Best suited for professionals who thrive in structured, deadline-driven environments and value technical accuracy over generalist tasks.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 2+ years of experience in Finance, Cash Management, or Treasury operations.
  • Hands-on responsibility for processing large-scale EFT/ACH payments, wires, and positive pay files.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience reconciling large, complex datasets.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work a permanent night shift (US PST) and comply with an initial 2-month onsite training period.

Strong Signals

  • Previous experience in U.S. Banking or Payroll Tax operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for case management and inquiry resolution.
  • Direct experience managing NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) transactions and terminations.

Responsibility Pillars

Banking & Fund Transmission You own the integrity of capital movement—ensuring all client payroll funds are transferred and received without delay.

  • Execute daily transmission of Banking Files including Wires, EFT/ACH, and Positive Pay.
  • Generate and upload positive pay files to prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Manage funding requests and agency payments via multiple financial channels.

Financial Reconciliation You ensure the system of record perfectly matches banking reality through disciplined daily audits.

  • Reconcile daily files against banking activity to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process system updates for NSF transactions and account terminations.
  • Perform end-to-end reconciliation of transactions processed within the payroll system.

Inquiry & Case Management You provide technical resolution for financial roadblocks, ensuring client and agency inquiries are addressed with speed.

  • Resolve Salesforce cases related to cash flow and payment status.
  • Respond to daily banking and agency emails regarding fund status or inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and solve complex analytical issues within the cash management workflow.
