You own the inventory heartbeat of the organization, ensuring that sales forecasts align perfectly with production schedules and raw material availability. Your work follows a disciplined offshore delivery context where you translate historical data and director-level communication into precise purchase order timing for finished goods and raw ingredients.

You are not a passive observer of stock levels; you operate within structured sprint cycles to monitor inventory daily, troubleshoot at-risk items, and balance holding costs against operational risk. This role is best suited for professionals who thrive in high-accountability environments, value data-driven accuracy, and prefer clear, documented performance standards.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management.
• Tools/Outputs: Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups) and experience managing ERP/MRP trackers.
• Context: Previous exposure to CPG or manufacturing environments, specifically coordinating with co-manufacturers and managing raw material lead times.
• Structural Constraints: Reliable home office setup for permanent night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and commitment to a remote delivery model.

STRONG SIGNALS

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
• Experience in new product commercialization and launch strategies.
• Proven ability to collaborate across marketing and sales functions to optimize inventory holdings.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Demand Forecasting & Analysis

• You own the accuracy of future sales projections—ensuring all sales channels are supported by data-driven historical analysis and cross-functional alignment.
• Prepare monthly forecasts across all sales channels.
• Collaborate with sales directors to refine demand signals based on market initiatives.

Supply & Production Planning

You lead the timing and placement of orders to ensure seamless product availability from raw materials to finished goods.

• Determine optimal timing for finished goods and raw material POs.
• Manage production requirements and lead times for co-manufacturers and ingredient suppliers.

Inventory Optimization

You own the balance between risk and cost—ensuring inventory levels are maintained to support growth without excessive capital tie-up.

• Monitor daily inventory levels and propose necessary transfers.
• Identify and movement at-risk items weekly to prevent stockouts or obsolescence.
