Procurement Specialist (Up to ₱33K | Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Office-Based | Day Shift (6:00 AM–3:00 PM | Monday–Friday)

You manage purchasing operations that ensure products, components, and supplier deliveries arrive accurately, on time, and within cost expectations. Your work centers on supplier coordination, purchase order management, shipment tracking, and maintaining procurement records that keep inventory and sales operations moving without disruption.

This role operates within structured procurement workflows that include demand planning, supplier follow-ups, shipment documentation, and invoice processing. You interact regularly with vendors, forwarders, and internal teams to maintain supply continuity. This role suits professionals who enjoy organized processes, clear accountability, and the responsibility of keeping procurement operations reliable and predictable.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain coordination, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience creating purchase orders, managing supplier communication, and tracking shipments or inventory
  • Experience working with procurement systems, ERP platforms, or purchasing software alongside strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Exposure to vendor coordination, logistics documentation, and invoice tracking
  • Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City and follow a 6:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule aligned with international operations

STRONG SIGNALS

  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Familiarity with inventory tracking, SKU management, and procurement reporting

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Procurement & Purchase Order Management

You ensure purchasing activities run smoothly by maintaining accurate records and coordinating supplier orders that align with demand planning and operational timelines.

  • Create purchase orders and long-term agreements based on reordering reports and operational needs
  • Track open purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Maintain procurement records, order documentation, and supplier pricing updates

Supplier Coordination & Vendor Payments

You maintain productive supplier relationships while ensuring invoices, payments, and documentation remain accurate and up to date.

  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, order confirmations, and delivery timelines
  • Process vendor invoices, verify payment records, and maintain procurement payment tracking files
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and confirm payment processing

Logistics, Shipments & Documentation

You coordinate shipment documentation and container tracking to ensure accurate records and smooth delivery timelines.

  • Organize container bookings with freight forwarders and vendors
  • Manage shipment documentation including packing lists, invoices, and customs documentation
  • Monitor shipment updates, container schedules, and ETD/ETA adjustments

Procurement Operations & Cross-Team Support

You maintain procurement visibility across teams and ensure sales and operations have the information needed to respond to customer demand.

  • Create SKU codes and maintain product procurement records
  • Provide procurement updates and stock information to the sales team
  • Track missing parts, supplier updates, and discontinued items while coordinating alternatives when needed
