Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong exposure to the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and techno-functional roles, working closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for BFSI roles (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance).
- Understand job requirements and work closely with stakeholders to define hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and domain fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or internal trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT) consistently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the BFSI domain.
- Strong understanding of IT roles such as:
- Application Support
- Java / .NET Developers
- Data Analysts
- QA / Testing
- Business Analysts
- Experience hiring for banking, financial services, or insurance clients.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with staffing or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
