For our client, we are looking for Technical Recruiter
Salary Range: 900 USD - 1200 USD per month + Bonus - Depending on experience
Location: Remote
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to meet business objectives.
- Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, and networking platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and technical assessments to evaluate qualifications.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Your qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of roles, programming languages, and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment software.
