Currently on-the-hunt for a new & exciting opportunity IT Managers is looking for a driven Technical Recruiter to join our team! We're looking for someone to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, functional, and business roles using multiple recruitment channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct candidate assessments, including technical evaluations and cultural fit interviews.
- Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and compliance.
- Maintain recruitment data, analyze hiring metrics, and prepare reports to drive process improvements.
For qualified candidates, we're looking for someone who has:
- Minimum3 years of experiencein technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, QA, data, cloud, and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledgeable of technical stacks and concepts when sourcing/interviewing candidates (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, DevOps and CI/CD tools).
- Proficiency in using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing and recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in vendor coordination and candidate experience management.
