Role Overview

This role is responsible for the end-to-end technical foundation of the company's digital presence. It integrates website administration, performance optimization, analytics implementation, marketing technology management, and technical SEO. The specialist ensures that all digital systems function cohesively, support strategic objectives, and deliver measurable outcomes. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can translate technical insights into practical improvements.

Core Responsibilities

1. Website Infrastructure and Development

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize all company websites, primarily using WordPress.
  • Implement updates, troubleshoot errors, and work with IT team to ensure site security, backups, and uptime.
  • Build and refine landing pages with conversion principles and technical accuracy.
  • Apply mobile optimization, site speed improvements, caching strategies, and CDN configurations.
  • Implement structured data, schema markup, and technically sound page templates.
  • Collaborate with external developers when deeper architectural changes are required.

2. Technical SEO and Organic Performance

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, internal linking, site structure, metadata, and technical errors.
  • Manage keyword research, page optimizations, and ongoing ranking analysis.
  • Implement structured markup, canonical tags, and performance best practices aligned with search engine guidelines.
  • Monitor organic traffic trends, diagnose ranking drops, and execute recovery strategies.
  • Ensure all content, pages, and templates are optimized for organic discovery and user intent.

3. Analytics, Tracking, and Measurement

  • Configure and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and similar analytics tools.
  • Build and maintain conversion tracking, including pixel setup for platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Create attribution models, event-based tracking, and user behavior flows for precise performance measurement.
  • Develop automated dashboards and reporting frameworks to support business decision-making.
  • Conduct data validation and troubleshoot inconsistencies across platforms.

4. Marketing Technology Stack Management

  • Oversee integrations across CRM, email platforms, marketing automation systems, payment gateways, and advertising platforms.
  • Manage data pipelines, API connections, and third-party integrations to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Implement and maintain segmentation, scoring, and workflow automation within marketing tools.
  • Ensure system compliance with data privacy standards and technical best practices.

5. Digital Campaign Technical Support

  • Support email, paid media, and organic campaigns by ensuring proper tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks.
  • Build technically sound landing pages and funnels tied to campaign objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing setup, validate testing logic, and interpret results.
  • Provide performance insights to creative, content, and paid media teams.

6. UX Optimization and Site Performance Enhancement

  • Evaluate user experience through analytics, heatmaps, and performance data.
  • Recommend and implement changes to improve engagement, navigation, and conversion outcomes.
  • Maintain accessibility standards and compliance across digital assets.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Documentation

  • Serve as the technical liaison between marketing, IT, developers, and external vendors.
  • Document technical processes, tracking architecture, and system configurations.
  • Communicate technical findings in a clear, structured manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced WordPress expertise, including themes, plugins, security, and performance tuning.
  • Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web fundamentals.
  • Expertise in technical SEO, search tools, and site audits.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio, and analytics integrations.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Knowledge of API functionality and MarTech integration frameworks.
  • Comfort with UX optimization, testing tools, and accessibility standards.
