Job Overview
Our client is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Executive Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to support a senior executive in identifying and connecting with leadership teams across U.S. manufacturing companies. This is not a high-volume sales role. Instead, it requires someone who can deeply understand business models, identify relevant organizations, and craft thoughtful, tailored outreach to executive-level decision-makers (CEOs, Presidents, Owners).
Client Overview
Our client is a privately held U.S.-based manufacturer in the consumer durables and sporting goods sector, generating approximately $450M in annual revenue. The organization operates with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, traditional manufacturing, and long-term strategic growth.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CDT, with 30 minutes paid lunch, and two 20-minute paid breaks, 10 AM & 2 PM (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted market research to identify manufacturing companies aligned with specific strategic criteria (starting with TX, LA, FL)
- Analyze companies structure, positioning, and leadership to determine relevance and prioritization
- Identify and map executive-level stakeholders (CEO, President, Owner, etc.) using platforms such as LinkedIn and business intelligence tools
- Develop and execute highly personalized outreach (primarily email) on behalf of a senior executive
- Clearly articulate the executive's background and intent in a professional, concise, and compelling manner
- Coordinate and schedule 15-minute introductory calls with interested prospects
- Maintain a structured tracking system for outreach progress, responses, and follow-ups
- Work in focused outreach cycles (50 companies) with clear progression and iteration
- Participate in strategy check-ins every 2 days to refine targeting, messaging, and approach
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B research, executive outreach, or strategic lead generation
- Experience using tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and data platforms for research and tracking
- Strong ability to understand and interpret business models and industries
- Comfort engaging with senior-level stakeholders and understanding business nuance
Qualifications
- Background in manufacturing, industrial sectors, or executive recruiting (Preferred)
- Experience supporting senior executives or founders directly (Preferred)
- Familiarity with the U.S. business landscape and regional markets (Preferred)
