Job Description

Job Title: US Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven US Recruiter based in the Philippines to support full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various industries while ensuring alignment with US hiring standards, time zones, and client expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for US-based roles (IT, healthcare, finance, engineering, etc.)
  • Source candidates using job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice), ATS, and other sourcing tools
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
  • Evaluate candidates based on job requirements, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and US hiring managers
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active and future roles
  • Work closely with account managers or clients to understand hiring needs
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US employment standards and client requirements
  • Track and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Meet or exceed placement targets and KPIs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1â€3&plus years of experience in US recruitment or international recruiting
  • Strong understanding of US job market, hiring practices, and work culture
  • Experience using sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday, Lever)

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work night shift / US time zone
  • Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously
