Job Title: US Recruiter
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven US Recruiter based in the Philippines to support full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various industries while ensuring alignment with US hiring standards, time zones, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for US-based roles (IT, healthcare, finance, engineering, etc.)
- Source candidates using job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice), ATS, and other sourcing tools
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Evaluate candidates based on job requirements, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and US hiring managers
- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active and future roles
- Work closely with account managers or clients to understand hiring needs
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US employment standards and client requirements
- Track and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Meet or exceed placement targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- At least 1â€3&plus years of experience in US recruitment or international recruiting
- Strong understanding of US job market, hiring practices, and work culture
- Experience using sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday, Lever)
