About The Role
As the Technician Manager at Miromed Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical operations and driving the strategic direction of this dynamic biomedical solutions. Based in Makati City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you leading a team of technical experts to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality medical services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Directing the planning, implementation and maintenance of technical systems and infrastructure to support Miromed's operations
- Managing a team of technical professionals, including overseeing their work, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Analyzing and addressing technical challenges, and developing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with the organization's overall business objectives
- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and implementing measures to enhance Miromed's technological capabilities
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards and internal policies
- Participating in the development and execution of the company's long-term technology roadmap
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in a technical management role within the healthcare/medical industry
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing complex technical systems and infrastructure
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of technical professionals
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of implementing effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards and best practices
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience
