Technical Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Convert requirements to epics/stories, define AC, map existing app journeys to super app entry points, define scope split (native vs mini app), support SIT/UAT test scenarios and traceability.

Serves as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are designed and implemented to meet organizational needs. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, mapping processes, and collaborating closely with developers and architects to ensure accurate and efficient delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with technical expertise, enabling them to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications. The TBA also supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develops training materials to enable smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required;
• Min 4 years of experience in business/technical analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, functional specifications, and system integration projects.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Visio/BPMN for documentation and workflow modeling.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in requirements documentation, user stories, and UAT support.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system workflows (basic technical depth).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA are a plus.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teams.
