PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will join the Solutions, Deployment & Integration team of our Client managing various Finance Related Projects and Initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

• Provide Finance SME and Project Management support based on their experience in Finance & Accounting, analytics, and financial reporting expertise across several towers such as A2R, O2C and P2P.
• Bring the required skill sets to execute project deliverables, mitigate dependencies, perform data analytics, provide knowledge sharing, and are equipped to leverage data tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Ensure a successful execution of Projects and Initiatives with the Program, carrying with them the institutional knowledge gained from their onboarding, training, and subsequent delivered support to the Client.
• Able to support deployment process, identify gaps and make necessary improvements and can quickly react to changing priorities
• Offer excellent presentation, framing and communication skills and Six Sigma, FPX,
• Process Leadership, Project Management skills

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree
• Professional certifications (CPA, CIA, CFE, etc.) highly preferred
• 8-12 years of Finance Operations Background with proven expertise in Transformation, Deployment and Compliance
• Experience in Project Management, Process Improvements and Migration
• Strong Stakeholder Management Experience
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
