Your Role
As a
Technical Data Specialist, you will:
- Research, create, and maintain technical data with a high level of accuracy for technical publications and special projects.
- Assist in the development of Infomedia's Super-service Menus for automotive dealerships.
- Ensure service, repair, and genuine accessory pricing information is accurate and reliable.
- Support dealerships in improving quotation preparation and repair order efficiency.
- Maintain data integrity while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve workflow processes.
- Analyze technical information and apply problem-solving skills to maintain database accuracy.

- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
