Position: Technical Business Analyst

Work setup: Onsite in Muntinlupa

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
Analyze and document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
Create detailed functional and technical specifications, including process flows, business rules, and system interactions.
Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items in JIRA.
Work closely with product owners, developers, QA, and automation teams to ensure accurate implementation.
Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with RPA teams to design, review, and validate automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
Define and execute test cases, support bot testing, UAT coordination, defect triage, and regression testing.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives, technical standards, security, and compliance requirements.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of business needs with technical solutions.
Provide post-implementation support, documentation updates, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in Business Analysis within technology-driven or automation-led environments.
Hands-on experience with RPA / Intelligent Automation initiatives (Automation Anywhere preferred).
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile documentation practices.
Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Excellent skills in process modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Experience in testing lifecycle management, including UAT and automation testing.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced delivery environments.
