Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is looking for a results-driven and experienced Team Manager to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. This full-time role involves ensuring smooth operations, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving team performance in line with company goals.
What you'll be doing
- Provide effective leadership, coaching and mentoring to a team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and encourage open communication
- Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations
- Contribute to the development and refinement of customer service processes and best practices
What we're looking for
- With proven people management experience, handling a team of at least 7 or more direct reports
- Must have a background in Insurance or Risk Management
- Bachelor's degree holder in any relevant field (4-year course)
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules, including NA hours if required
- Proven track record of leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- With experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
