Operations & Process Improvement Manager (Digital)

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Process Improvement Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational transformation across key business functions.
This role focuses on optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting automation and digital initiatives, while working closely with cross-functional teams to improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute process improvement initiatives across operations
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity, quality, and customer experience
- Support automation and digital transformation projects to streamline workflows
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive change adoption and business readiness
- Manage and mentor team members across QA, training, or support functions
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions
- Ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or continuous improvement roles
- Proven experience in process optimization, SOP development, or workflow improvement
- Exposure to automation, digital transformation, or system implementation projects
- Experience in team leadership or cross-functional project management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Background in BPO, shared services, or financial services is an advantage
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
