The Role: We're seeking a Team Lead to oversee a high-performing group responsible for completing a large volume of daily tasks with tight turnaround times. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead with clarity and composure. You'll be accountable for maintaining workflow efficiency, troubleshooting challenges in real-time, and driving team performance.

  • Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively based on urgency, team capacity, and impact

  • Monitor workflows and adjust strategies as needed to meet daily and weekly goals

  • Serve as the first point of escalation for time-sensitive issues and troubleshoot on the fly

  • Support team development through coaching, training, and performance feedback

  • Track key performance metrics and report progress to leadership regularly

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team productivity

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a high-volume or deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable to quality and performance standards

  • Working knowledge of video editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva

  • Understanding of database management, email workflows, and cross-departmental collaboration

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through to ensure the timely completion of all tasks and projects

  • Benefits

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive monthly wage

    • A supportive and energetic team culture

    • The chance to make a meaningful impact every day
