Responsibilities
- Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer
- Work cross-functionally to gather Responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities
- Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development
- Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology
- Card payment experience
- Soft skills – communication and negotiation skills and able to lead multiple scrum teams in terms of business and product requirements.
- 5 years of associated work experience
- Advanced SQL database management and maintenance skills
- Practical application ability with Microsoft Office and Visio
- Detailed analytical abilities
- Strong experience in user testing and project management
Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting cross-platform solutions (iOS, Android, Web)
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably supporting mobile and web applications
- Strong working knowledge of Figma for reviewing UI/UX designs and prototypes
- Experience working across the mobile and web application development life cycle
- Knowledgeable in microservices and micro-frontend architectures supporting multi-platform solutions
- Proficiency in JIRA for backlog management, story creation, refinement, and tracking
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on team experience
- High-level technical knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and platform constraints
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align business, design, and engineering teams
