Ticket Assignment every start of shift in bulk.
Pro-active awareness in Slack channel of possible outliers in KPI.
Strategize game plan every day to hit the goal for KPI.
Ensure that all agents are in the War room (Google Meet) for real time assistance.
Monitor queue and check for potential DSAT and high AHT, call out as needed.
Submit Cadence of Accountability every week.
