Objective
Own and execute time-sensitive application and lease-related operational tasks triggered by system events. This role is responsible for accurately completing manual actions that close gaps between systems, ensuring zero disruption to customer leasing workflows. Precision, speed, and accountability are core requirements.
This individual will own one critical workflow end-to-end and will be cross-trained over time on additional Venn BPO processes.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and respond to operational triggers delivered via Slack and a centralized task queue
- Execute clearly defined actions in third-party systems (e.g., application status updates, lease data entry, payment reconciliation)
- Ensure all work is completed within assigned SLAs and acknowledged once complete
- Maintain strict data accuracy while handling high-volume, repetitive tasks
- Follow documented SOPs and decision paths with no deviation
- Flag exceptions, errors, or edge cases immediately and escalate per protocol
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and apply feedback quickly
- Support overflow coverage for other BPO workflows once cross-trained
How the Work Operates
- No action without a trigger, an owner, and an SLA
- One owner per task at a time
- PMS remains the system of record
- All actions are logged, verified, and closed through a QA process
- This role executes; it does not redesign process or make judgment calls outside documented paths
Who You Are
- Extremely detail-oriented and comfortable with manual data entry
- Calm, focused, and accurate under time pressure
- Able to follow step-by-step instructions without cutting corners
- Comfortable working in multiple systems at once
- Clear communicator who reliably acknowledges task completion
- Trustworthy with sensitive financial and lease data
- Excited to grow into additional operational workflows over time
Experience & Skills
- Prior BPO, operations, or back-office support experience preferred
- Experience with property management systems, CRMs, or financial tools is a plus
- Strong written communication (Slack-based workflows)
- High reliability and consistency—attendance and responsiveness matter
- Willingness to work peak leasing hours and meet strict SLAs
Success Looks Like
- Zero missed SLAs
- Zero leasing disruptions
- Near-zero data entry errors after ramp
- Clear ownership and clean task closure
- Confidence from internal teams that the process is handled without oversight
