We are seeking a
Team Lead to supervise teams, coordinate design reviews, and deliver high‑quality project outcomes. This role is suited to a professional with a background in
Civil/Structural Engineering or Renewable Energy (Electrical), depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day supervision and coaching of team members in line with GHD's values and strategy
- Partner with the Business Group Leader to manage workload, resource allocation, and support work‑winning activities
- Drive technical delivery excellence and ensure project and client outcomes are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry networks, and internal stakeholders
- Support team members across the employment lifecycle, including onboarding, performance planning, and development
- Promote a safe and inclusive working environment aligned with GHD's HSE and Quality frameworks

- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Strong technical capability with the ability to mentor and guide others
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive accountability within diverse teams
