Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist. In this position, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential candidates for the region. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively source and build talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively source and engage potential candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, social media, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
  • Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to develop strong talent pipelines across the APAC region.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track sourcing effectiveness and conversion metrics to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system, ensuring accurate database and pipeline management.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably with retained search or executive search exposure.
  • Strong proficiency in candidate sourcing using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and external partners.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good command of English.
